- To help us best serve you and maintain a good experience for every customer we ask you to respect the policies at Beautifully Made -

When booking an appointment, clients will be charged a fee of 60% of their service price if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellations must be finalized 24hrs prior to appointment or else the deposit is nonrefundable with the exception of severe weather, illness as well as work or family emergencies (2 or more exemptions used may result in refusal of service as seen fit by Beautifully Made management). The client must notify the team 24 hours prior to the appointment to be rescheduled free of charge. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be serviced and will be charged the deposit price. All customers must provide info required on our new client form as well as credit/debit card information to enforce this policy. All clients who refuse to give card information will be put on a 1 strike probation. We can refuse clients service with repeat offenses of breaking any of the policies.

All weddings must sign our contract and pay a nonrefundable booking fee and are not consider booked until contract and booking fee are received. (Refer to contract for all other wedding policies)

Refunding a service will only occur if a mistake was made by our staff as seen fit by Beautifully Made management. If an issue with a service has occurred, Beautifully Made must be notified within 2 weeks of receiving the service. Any appointments needed to remedy a mistake must be booked in the schedule immediately upon notifying the Beautifully Made team of problem. Consultations may need to occur.

We respect your privacy and never share any of your information with anyone else. We store all information using Square Up software’s. Check out their website for their privacy policies as well.
